EVALUATION METHOD

We have continuous assessment method to evaluate the child. This kind of
evaluation is an incentive to the child to be up-to date with their day-to-day
activities.

The child will be assessed by comprehensive cumulative
evaluation criteria in which the child will be assessed during the
course of their routine activities as given in the progress report card.

Progress report card will be issued showing the performance of the
child at the end of each semester. This should be duly signed by the
parents/Guardian.

Child will be promoted to the next class on the basis of
attendance and over all progress.

 

ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWAL

  1. Pupils are ordinarily admitted at the beginning of the first term.
  2. New admission will be made subject to there being vacancies
  3. No correspondence will be entertained with regard to admissions.
  4. Every new pupils must bring transfer (leaving) certificate if he / she comes from a recognized school and a Municipal Birth Certificate.
  5. The parents should fill the admission form and they will be responsible for the conduct and fees of their ward.
  6. The decision of the school authorities regarding the admission will be final.
  7. One month notice is to be given by the Parents / Guardian in writing before the withdrawal of the student, otherwise fees will be charged for whole month.
  8. No school Leaving Certificate will be issued until all dues are cleared.
  9. The Leaving Certificate will be issued after a week from the date of submission of the application to the Principal.
  10. Leaving Certificate needed to be counter signed by the Education Office can be collected only after 10 days.
  11. If Leaving Certificate is required at the end of the year it shall be issued only after the declaration of results.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

All pupils should come to the school in clean and tidy uniform with an addressed identity card. The uniform for the various sections are as follows.

Each house will have one captain and one vice-captain, one prefect and one vice – prefect selected from Xl and IX. They will be responsible for discipline conduct and uniforms of their respective sections. Each class will have class representative (C.R.) and discipline Monitor. There will be one head girl & head boy from XIl. They will be responsible for the all round development and discipline for entire school along with the house teacher.

 

Points will be awarded to the students through the year for extra curricular activities, games and sports. At the end of the year the house gaining the highest marks or points will be declared the best house for academic year.

 

FOR PARENTS

Parents, teachers and students are the pioneers of the school. We need co-operating from all to make our school prosper so you are requested to note the following.

  1. Please study the students conduct carefully and ensure that the stated code of conduct is strictly observed by your child.
  2. Ensure that you do not disturb your ward during class hours by making phone calls or visit etc. In case of emergency, please approach the Principal.
  3. The school does not allow the parents to directly approach the teachers.  Prior appointment must be taken from the Principal to discuss academic problems.
  4. Ensure that your ward is punctual and regular and has required book and stationeries, properly covered & labeled.
  5. Look into the child’s diary everyday and see that the home work assigned is completed.
  6. Kindly make it a point to glance through the pages of note where there may be message / remark / notice from teachers, supervisor or the Principal.
  7. Encourage self help at work and study.
  8. It is always advisable to write to the school about the problems of your ward for seeking guidance.
  9. No students will be allowed to go home once he /she enters the school unless and until some unavoidable circumstances arises. In such cases parents should come personally to pick their ward.
  10. If a student’s behavior is immoral or in a case of violation of the student’s code of conduct, copying in examination or causing will-full damage to school property he / she is liable to be rusticated from the school. Three warning will be given before rustication order is issued.
  11. The School Management and the Principal welcome appreciate restrictive criticism and suggestion if made in the right manner and spirit. However interference in the daily running of the school will not be appreciated. Last but not the least inculcate discipline, good manners; habit of orderliness, neatness in person and above all influence your child to become a law abiding and worthy citizen of the country.
